Set of Five French Antique Grosspoint Needlework Patterns for Salon Suite Open Armed Chairs
These stunning pieces of antique needlework were made in late eighteenth century France using silk gross point needlework on wool. As seen in the images, each set includes beautiful needlework pattern to upholster the backrest, seat and armrests of a French salon suite open armed chair.
Within the set there are four of the white design and one of the red design, each with a stunningly intricate floral pattern.
The needleworks have been carefully preserved and kept in an excellent condition.
