Based on a magnificent Arts & Crafts embroidery by William Morris’ daughter, May Morris. Each circle in the design shows a different wildflower and was named Windrush after the river that flows through the Cotswolds.
Lewis & Wood's original embroidered reproduction was no longer possible to produce so they have devised a printed version on two different ground cloths.
The CLASSIC is printed with an antique colouring similar to the original.
The WHITE, is printed on a lighter, brighter linen at a lower price.
